The “Nature’s Jewel of Curacao: Crafting a Sustainable Tomorrow” youth exchange project has concluded, and the six enthusiastic participants from Greece, students sent by the ENTRA Lab at the University of Western Macedonia, have returned, brimming with new adventures and insights.
During their time at the exchange, these young changemakers immersed themselves in a transformative experience aimed at raising awareness about the urgent threats of climate change, specifically focusing on the Caribbean islands. Through engaging workshops, interactive theater, thought-provoking debates, and immersive explorations, they delved deep into the importance of individual actions in preserving our environment.
Moreover, their involvement in creating an international network of stakeholders will pave the way for future collaborations in promoting environmental sustainability on a global scale.
